A white natural sparkling wine which is an excellent choice for all special occasions. Lively, youthful, elegant with hints of fine spices, which is also produced by the Debina grape variety following the traditional method of Champagne. The grapes are handpicked and selectively chosen and only the healthy grapes are gently pressed to collect the “free run”.
The long fermentation in the bottle at ideal temperature and humidity give delicacy and refinement in the aromas and flavours, rich foam and bubbles throughout. By adding the liqueur de dosage, before the final bottling, transforms it into a demi-sec fine sparkling wine.
CHARACTERISTICS:
Colour: Clear, vivid colour with golden nuances and crystal transparency
Nose: The fresh citrus flavors (such as lime and grapefruit), white flesh fruits (such as apple and pear) predominate, while the sweetness follows.
Mouth: Creamy, fresh and with a pleasant sweetness, which is in perfect balance with its refreshing acidity. The fruity character is more intense in the mouth, while the aromas of coconut and almond follow. It leaves a great and long lasting aftertaste.

We believe that each wine should tell a story. The story of its variety, its production, its maturation and the story of the rains, the burning sun and the land it grows on. The blessed and famous land of Zitsa in Ioannina gives us some of the best Greek wines. For this reason, we chose to walk the less frequented path, the one of keeping the tradition and of harmonic collaboration with modern technology. From collecting grapes by hand until the discreet but essential use of modern technology, we combine the best elements of both worlds. We made a choice to cultivate rare varieties forgotten long ago, to experiment and continuously test new techniques for the production of wine solely from these varieties but also combining them with established Greek and non-Greek varieties, aiming to create recognizable high quality wines.
