Traminer is an aromatic wine and it is the fruit of a long effort which owes its distinctive character to its intensely pleasant aromas with hints of spices and rose.

It is produced by the international variety Gewurztraminer, the cultivation of which is favored considerably by the cool summers and the mild winters of Epirus. The yield of 350 kg per hectare gives an excellent fruit, while keeping a few residual sugars during the vinification process creates a semi-dry wine that stands out amongst many of its kind.

CHARACTERISTICS:
Colour: Golden bright, enticing
Nose: High aromatic intensity with aromas of rose blossoms, sweet notes of “flower honey”, spicy notes of ginger and hints of freshly ripened pineapple.
Mouth: Rich, creamy, slightly sweet and well-balanced acidity. Sweet rose aromas, ripe white flesh nectarine, flower honey notes and ginger with a cool, pleasant and lasting aftertaste.

From collecting grapes by hand until the discreet but essential use of modern technology, we combine the best elements of both worlds. We made a choice to cultivate rare varieties forgotten long ago, to experiment and continuously test new techniques for the production of wine solely from these varieties but also combining them with established Greek and non-Greek varieties, aiming to create recognizable high quality wines.
